These documents will place you in perfect possession of the decision and commands of Her Majesty's Government, and you will also learn from Enclosure. Not that the locations pointed out in the Despatch of the 3rd of November from the Secretary to the Admiralty to His Excellency Vice Admiral Sir William Parker's address are still entirely unappropriated.
We presume that you will also be aware that an extent of twelve acres of ground for the site of a naval Hospital, Dwelling Houses for the Officers to be attached to it &c., was applied for by Sir William Parker in a letter dated the 6th of September last, and that on the following day the Governor wrote to His Excellency that the Land Officer had been instructed
